A question about the VCDs

	I'd really like to get future material from you on VCDs, but I need to know: Is the video on them full-length, full-quality video - equal to the VHS tapes? Some of the videos are the same length as movies and my understanding is that movies require DVDs to be shown in full. Do they just use better compression or something? Can your VCDs play on DVD players equipped to play VCDs? Thanks!
