RE Blocking of IRL Archive website

Can you explain why out of the sites that I subscribe your
IRL is the only one that blocks members using the site due
to excessive time downloading? I've only got a 56kb modem
and it takes a bit of time to download full mpegs. What's
the point?

Also what do you call excessive time downloading, how long
please?

Wouldn't it be better to give members unlimited access.

I hate to complain but this problem seems to happen to me regularly.

IRL gives alot of free jpegs and mpegs. I website that is
regularly updated and very good and speedy service for pal
vhs videos. All of that makes happy and satisfied customers
and enthiasts of sites.

Please try to stop this annoying problem over blocking
members ip addresses due to the above mentioned.
