Streaming Video Problem

	errr . . . Adam, I signed up for 30 minutes of streaming video at IRLX and all I get is a slow frame by frame progression on an extremely small screen. Is it supposed to be like this? While I have been a loyal customer/supporter of you and your work, this is the first time I have ever felt I haven't gotten my dollars worth from IRL.
