recently the post office has really lost its edge and quite a few videos have been broken in shipping due to rough treatment. here is the question...
right now we ship priority mail because the shipping supplies are free and that in tandem with the flat rate envelopes can allow us to ship 1-4 vids for $3.95.
if we switch to bubble envelopes and ship parcel post the cost will actually go up about $1 and it will take 5-6 days to arrive as opposed to 2-3 days with priority mail.
for the customers who have ordered vids from us...would you rather pay $1 more per order, loose the buy 3 get free shipping (in other words no matter how much you order you will get hit with a $5 shipping charge), and it will take longer to get your order. or have us continue to ship priority mail, get your order quicker, pay less for shipping, but have the slight 1% chance that your vid will be damaged so you will have to wait till we ship a replacement till you can watch it?
