I don't like the double-cigarette idea, and although I liked the Romy Extreme DVD, I liked it for the typical IRL reasons; lighting, picture quality, nice model, camera angles. However, the double cigarette scene I didn't like. I kinda felt sorry for her actually and had a hard time watching it. Quite honestly, the 'pace' of her smoking kind of left me wondering, "Did she puke her brains out after each of these scenes?" All in all, I would have enjoyed a normal paced smoking DVD with her, but I wanted to see something new. The Nic Fit idea is different because it would be for necessity rather than because it has to be 'exteme.' As long as it is only one cigarette per scene and the girls actually do 'hold out' I believe it can still seem fairly natural because it can actually be a real nic fit, just caught on film.
